Gastronomic restaurant Val d'Isère
L’atelier d’edmond is located at “le Fornet” in the middle of the ski area, in one of the highest village in France, just next to the Iseran pass. You’ll find the restaurant at the end of the ski slope, in front of the Fornet’s cable car. By entering this typical chalet, you’ll be send back in decades of Savoyard history and memories. The key word here is “Authenticity”… Take a sit next to the fireplace and enjoy a fine and subtle kitchen. Benoit Vidal, the head chef, is bringing back from the past a Savoyard heritage to a modern way.
